CloseRecently we went to see a duplex (2 family) for sale for $440k. Rental income of $2400 a month. Net income $2000 a month. Would you consider this a good deal?
It depends on your market. Where are you located? Also, can you sustain the rental income? Can it increase?
Is the rental income for one apartment or for two?
